Where do I send complaints to Carnival Cruise lines? I had a bad experience on the boat?

Can you answer William B’s question about Cruises?:

I can’t find where to complain about something to Carnival Cruise Lines. I emailed them on customer service but that didn’t work. Any ideas?

Cruises Feedback: try emailing the CEO

it’s called an EECD (Executive Email Carpet Bomb) you email the CEO and all the other top executives with your complaints. I’m sure the minimum wage folks at the customer service email inbox don’t care about your complaint and won’t do anything about it. however the top executives will, probably not a free cruise maybe just some onboard credit, but they’ll do something.

Carnival’s CEO is Gerry Cahill so maybe it’s be something like or

    Cruises Feedback: You can write

    Gerry Cahill
    Carnival Corporation
    3655 NW 87th Avenue
    Miami, FL 33178

Be sure to include your date of sailing and the name of the ship.

You will likely get a form letter from his office stating whatever happened to you during your cruise was not in accordance with Carnival’s policies and they do more “training” for the staff on whichever ship you sailed.
